3 hours are recommended for 2-3 bedroom homes. Additional paid time can be added by request. We can customize your cleaning to fit your needs.

You may customize your move in/out cleaning to fit your needs, which will also add more time onto the original 2 man hour cleaning. You may add on additional time by the hour.

1. $75 per man power hour for additional time needed for tasks such as glass clean reachable windows/wipe window sills, dusting blinds and ceiling fans, clean additional rooms/bathrooms, sweep/mop/vacuum floors, mop or vacuum staircase, wet wipe baseboards, inside of kitchen appliances, inside of cabinets.
2. add tile/grout cleaning in shower + hard water stain removal for up to 3 faucets $35

3. add walk in shower with glass doors and hard water stain removal cleaning + up to 3 faucets $25



***we currently do not offer wall cleaning***
*There should be nothing in the home for Move-in/out cleanings. Home should be empty. We also need lights and running water in order to clean.
